Orders can be placed on a web site with uploaded
product data and stock levels coming from the back office Sales
Order Processing and Stock Control system.
The web site may be geared to retail sales with
a shopping cart system and a credit card payment system or be
geared to sales being entered by authorised sales agents, distributors
or regular customers for subsequent invoicing via the back office
system.
Orders taken are downloaded to the back office system
for picking, despatching and Invoicing.
Various Order entry styles can be used to suit the
sale of say, furniture, jewellery and sized items such as clothing
and footwear.
The invoicing module creates a file for easy import into Sage
or Pegasus Opera financials and could readily be adapted to other
financial packages if required.
Other modules are available for clothing companies
wishing to control CMT production and Raw Material Stock.
In addition, affordable bespoke solutions can be
developed including barcode production and hand held reading solutions.
